TowerLight Financial Services ("TowerLight," "we," "us") is the personal brand of George Ngwa, PhD, MBA, a licensed insurance professional. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language, the same way we approach financial education.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit the contact form or complete a quiz, we receive what you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your area of interest, how you heard about us, your message, and — for quizzes — your answers and result.
- Basic context about your visit. Form submissions include the page you submitted from, the referring site, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) if you arrived from a link that carried them. This tells us which outreach is working.
- Analytics. We may use website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, general location, and device type. Analytics data is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you request it, to schedule and prepare your complimentary financial needs analysis.
- To send you a confirmation email with scheduling details after you reach out.
- To understand which channels bring visitors to the site so we can communicate better.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes your information
Your information is stored securely on our website infrastructure and delivered to us by email. Like most small businesses, we rely on a small number of service providers to operate: website hosting, email delivery, appointment scheduling (Calendly, if you choose to book), and web fonts served by Google. Each provider receives only what is needed to perform its service.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics tools are in use, they may set cookies to distinguish visits; you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this site.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and lead records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet any record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed insurance professionals. If you'd like your information removed, ask — see below.
